A difference so minimal, it’s almost not noticeable.

It’s been TEN YEARS since the European Union adopted tougher legislation governing animal experiments. Yet, data from reports by the European Commission suggest that the number of animals used for scientific purposes has only decreased an average of 2% PER YEAR, over 10 years.*
